ABOUT ME

Hi - I am Elizabeth.

​

​As many women do, I wear a lot of hats - the most important one being that of Mom to two gorgeous kiddos (age 12 and 10), wife and daughter. I also work full-time, am head chef, chief financial officer, schedule organiser, chauffeur, planning queen, house maid and everything in-between!

 

But in the middle of all this I realised I had lost myself along the way, and I know many other Mom's feel the same way; so I made a decision to change the trajectory and rediscover my passions; and I hope by doing so, I can encourage others to reignite their own passions and be brave enough to forge a new path forward.

Each month I am going to highlight a book I have been reading (or want to read)!

​

This month I am introducing "The 15 Minute Formula" by Cara Harvey. 

​

I have been following Cara for a few years, and have found her relatable and honest with her struggles. 

I love her realness - she knows life does not go to plan, and she works around that, encouraging you to have a back-up plan for the days "the s*** hits the fan". Even after days like this, you can still come out feeling like you have moved the needle forward, albeit slightly, if you follow her strategies.

I love that her book is for Mom's - written by a Mom who understands. It's different, and it's gold... I highly recommend it for those who are struggling to have time for themselves, and just for Mom's in general; if you have dreams, read Cara's book, implement her strategies, and watch things change.
